In order to sign up for our Gateway Services, you must place 2 items in your Shopping Cart. This is the first.
This is a one time setup fee (per merchant account) that will authorize us to setup a real-time credit card authorization Gateway (or pipeline, if you prefer) for use with either i-table!®PBI or Netstop public browser software.
Our cc payment gateway provides a conduit to allow your kiosks and Instant HotSpot® equipment to communicate with your credit card processor, and provides reporting of the transaction results as they pass data back and forth. It does nothing more. Right now we can work with 3 main credit card processors:
for UNITED STATES: VITAL (formerly VISANET) and NOVA Information Systems
for CANADA: MONERIS.
As a result, you must first have a merchant account set up using one of these processors before using our gateway, unless your would rather process your credit cards OFFLINE.
IMPORTANT: Before ordering this service from us, you will need to acquire a 16-digit Merchant/Terminal ID number from your chosen processor if you want realtime verification. Enter that number below in space provided. For more information on how to do this, see our credit card processing gateway setup page.
NOTE: Be sure to give us the correct numbers. If they are incorrect, there may be an additional $150 fee assessed to correct the account!
